I have dealt with Vince and Austen on numerous occasions. They where very helpful with helping me find the right bike for my husband within the price range I had. They explained different bikes, the pros and cons, helping me choose the correct bike - which he has since put thousands of kms on!I have also been into the shop on shopping errands for my other half and both Vince and Austen have been courteous, polite and very helpful. Would recommend Edge Cycle for all your bike needs.

These guys have all your mountain biking needs covered in Cairns. I visited the shop for some local trail info and to use their floor pump. Got good honest service with no expectations. They also stock products that you don't see that often in-store.

Mate, you're probably good at what you do but we came to you asking for 2 tubes replaced on my son's BMX. We didn't ask for a full service. You gave no indication of price prior to performing the work like a good intentioned business owner should. If you're going to go over and above a customer's REQUEST then you should check with the customer for consent and price satisfaction first. Some people have to budget before they're forced to spend. Not happy.

Always great service and the best products. Vince is a great ambassador for the sports of MTB and BMX. Having been in the shop and sport for over 20 years, through multiple World Cups and World Champs, he is a guru of bikes and riding in Cairns. Vince has helped me out many times, always seems to have that oddball part buried away in his collection; He even rebuilt my old 1980's Rockshox Quadra 5's, even sourcing new elastomers! Definitely recommend visitors to Cairns looking for parts, service or directions to visit Edge Cycles.

I cannot speak highly enough of the wonderful sale and continued after-sale service we have received from Vince at Edge Cycleworks, Cairns. About a year ago, we bought our family's first mountain bike through Edge Cycleworks. Vince has been super supportive of a new family into the sport, always willing to talk and share his extensive knowledge, has provided wonderful service over the past year and nothing seems too problematic for him to assist with. We would recommend Edge Cycleworks to anyone, both new and experienced in the mountain biking sport.
