what a fun experience! thank you justin and the lovely submarine tattoo lady (so sorry we didn’t catch your name!) for being so friendly and welcoming, this is definitely a bucket list experience and i would 110% recommend it! the soldered selection is stunning and the other jewellery is beautiful as well. definitely worth the visit ♡

Really disappointed as the consultant wouldn’t repair the bracelet. It had broken next to one of the diamonds so she said it couldn’t be done. I said it was ok to cut one of the diamonds out and solder but she said it wouldn’t keep the integrity of the chain. If I had bought the cheaper chain without diamonds it could have been soldered.

Really disappointed about our visit here. We booked in to get soldered bracelets for my sister’s birthday. From the moment we were there it felt rushed, the lady helping us looked as though she was annoyed that we couldn’t make up our minds about which bracelet to get. We had never had this done before so we weren’t sure which to get and thought they’d be able to help us. We were then told that we had gone over our appointment time and one of us had to get our bracelet done now because they had other people booked in. We hadn’t decided on a bracelet yet and they could see that we were still browsing. We felt really rushed and overall it wasn’t a great experience. We left the booking and didn’t even get the service done. On top of this, they said there was a booking available later that day and we mentioned we’d think about it. We walked around the shopping centre and they called to say the spot has been filled - what’s the point of calling us to say it’s been filled? Overall disappointed and not what we wanted from the experience

I’d made an appointment online and once confirmed it had told me I’d booked for NSW despite having chosen the Chadstone store. A bit anxious and nervous I wouldn’t be able to get my soldered bracelet, I called the Chadstone store as soon as they opened. The ladies working were able to move my appointment to their store completely dissolving my anxiety and nerves. The process was so positive, I’d looked online before hand at what bracelet I was wanting and it was even more perfect in person! The experience was amazing, having to cut a whole new chain when I’d decided I’d wanted it slightly more loose. The ladies made sure I was comfortable and 100% happy, also asking questions about my day despite having to be extremely focused. I would recommend this to anyone and everyone and if you’re unsure about this, 100% do it ♥️

All the staff here are very friendly. Have had 3 soldered bracelets done and each experience has been great. Beautiful store as well.

The staff here at Sarah and Sebastian Chadstone are so lovely, Ziju helped us book an appointment smoothly and reassured us through any concerns that we had. I got a bracelet soldered by Justin with a few of my friends and he provided us the most friendliest and comfortable experience. Absolutely loved how genuine and transparent the team members are! I would definitely recommend checking this place out ☺️

Bad customer service.booked an appoinment at 6:30pm for 2 people today and mid way of our service choosing bracelets we were told move to the otherside and they swapped workers. When i asked questions about if it would tangle with my other bracelet the staff with orange hair said it shouldn't because ur other bracelet is "CHUNKY" in a mocking tone which is very rude and offensive as its a fine jewellery piece thats sentimental and not "chunky". On 3 occasions a co worker with red nails wearing glasses interupted our service to talk about changing her own bracelet to the other hand. They continued having a conversation on the same topic whilst adjusting and soldering my bracelet.This is extremely unprofessional

Outstanding customer service by the amazing Jeremy today at Chadstone. Jeremy was extremely helpful, very bright and bubbly to talk to and gave great suggestions about styling the products. Jeremy made my experience so enjoyable! will definitely be returning and highly recommend, all the staff where friendly and obliging.Will be back to add more to my collection

Kelly at the Chadstone store was absolutely incredible. She made the entire experience fun and memorable. She is a brilliant face of an innovative and unique brand. Highly recommend. Thanks Kelly!
