I agree with the bad reviews on this company. The boss is cheap because he thinks that he can underpay employees. He consistently breaks promises to employees just so he can keep the business afloat. Employees are constantly leaving the company because they are not paid enough to do repairs to electronic devices. Please do not work for this company or purchase their services until they can prove that they are ethical employers.

They have been very helpful to me.They sorted out my PS4 Random Disc Ejection issue and dispatched abrand new PS4 Blu-ray drive in no-time.Super fast service!!very genuine advice.Many many thanks,will definitely order from you guys again.merci

I had 2 services done from GCR and extremely happy with both the services.outstanding services!! great service and great to deal with...They thoroughly explained to me all the options associated with my repairs and gave me very moderate prices1. fixed my daughters Nintendo WiiU gamepad crack screen. My daughter accidently dropped it and it refused to connect to tv. They replaced it with new complete lcd and and touch screen assembly. They even went the extra mile in helping us purchase a newer model and told us all the pros and cons associated with it.2. secondly - Thank you for fixing my PS4 power supply. My PS4 stopped working all of a sudden.they replaced it with a new power supply and gave me 1-year warranty.super-fast, super service and very friendly.I had such a great experience with them so I will definitely continue to use their expertise to fix all our gaming repairs.all the best!!! Would highly recommend for all the gaming console repairs.

Do not work with or for this company. It is a scam. There are 2 people and the boss thinks that paying employees is optional. The service is terrible and they are always rushing to finish work because they are understaffed.
