Easy experience. Give yourself about 15 min before and after pick up to snap picks and orientate yourself. Otherwise very easy to sort out.

A very negative experience with Go with Gecko. I tried to hire a van with this company. Only for them to send me an email in the middle of the night.After ringing them up in the morning, I was told that they were unable to get me the vehicle I requested or a suitable replacement.I requested a full refund as I was not at fault for the cancellation of this transaction. They still haven't refunded my bond. Go with any other company and don't get swindled.

2.6 star average - seems I am not the first to receive poor service here, nor I doubt the last.After receiving vague and nonsensical vehicle return instructions, the company transferred a parking fine to me, which occurred the day after the vehicle was returned.I eventually gave up arguing as it was a waste of time. It's surprising how often companies fail to recognise that a bad review costs them more in the long run.Next time, consider providing good customer service, instead of emailing contract clauses and voice recordings.

Hired a medium van for 3 days to help move house. Vehicle was good to drive and the whole process was easy and well managed. Would recommend to all!

Customer service was good after technical issues opening the vehicle, was rectified reasonably fast. Very handy vehicle to use when moving.

I booked a Ute hire through Gwko rental online. The price was cheap and the process was easy. However, that was until I paid my $300.deposit. after I returned the vehicle and forwarding pics I was told it will take 10 days to refund my deposit which I didn't have any issue with Then after about 12 says I got an email with a receipt to say that money has been refunded. However, when I read the invoice it says it will 10 more days to go in remy Thisaccount. Thus is rediculous! I never had any issues with other car rental companies and the deposit was transferred straight away. I felt ripped off! I will never recommend this company to anyone. Even you pay a bit more extra better go with a reputed company with no issues.

Good value, easy to pick up and drop off using app. The ute I hired was in very good condition. Will definitely use again
