One of the staff members named Shanya or Tanya at the counter - can't remember - was very rude and loud, disclosing clients' confidential information in a loud voice. She did not care if it got out to the public. She also misgendered my little sister, calling her 'sir'. Her practice holds horrible, uncivilised ethical and professional standards, along with discriminative, prejudiced service. Someone needs to straighten her up because it is unacceptable. I shall not pay a visit to this branch again. Feel sorry for her colleagues, who seemed to have higher quality, professional standards. Feel bad for her husband or boyfriend, too if she could even get one.

Kal served me twice, once to get me all sorted to do my driver test online and then again to do my license photo.Would recommend going outside of lunch hours to avoid any lines - was less than 5 minutes to get served for me doing that

The best customer service me and my husband had during our visit today by Diane at counter number 4. Cleared each and every thing, polite, funny, customer oriented, smiley face. She had made our day. Thank you.

Ridiculously slow can't do much in a lunch break with only 2 staff on

I moved address, went into Service TAS for a print out sticker label of my new address for back of my drivers license. The new label had words cut out and difficult to see the letters for my identification purposes. I went back the following week, waited for an hour for my number to be called, explained I needed a better address label on my drivers licence because it was unreadable. She printed out a new one but same happened again - words were cut off and difficult to read. She had a 3rd go and label was even worse, she gave up on the error saying “I don’t know why the printer is doing that”. Now I’m left with a dodgy address label on my drivers licence because she did not want to fix the error. Very unsatisfied.

Easy park. I have been there twice, met 2 asian stuffs are very professional and friendly.Only one thing could complain is waiting area not very big.

Some staff could do with a lesson in customer service, or good old fashioned manners, instead of being rude and condescending. Went to the counter with all paperwork, licence and credit card out. Lady took it all and flicked my cc back with a sneering ‘we don’t take frequent flyer cards’ (airline issued credit card). As if someone would be trying to earn ff points at a government agency! Throughout the entire transaction she was aggressive. If your previous customer was difficult, compose yourself, instead of taking it out on the next person. Man on the ticket machine was great, hence the second star.

Kalana on window 3 helped us with transferring rego on a new car, changing Qld licences to Tassie ones & buying a parks pass. His customer service was outstanding. A pleasure to deal with. Many thanks.
