Just got my windows back and they look fantastic! Good turn around time and an affordable price for the quality.

They have so many doors, the place looks like Monsters Inc.

Just received our windows and they are amazing quality. Communication was great and the windows arrived in great time! Would recommend to everyone.

The worst company I ever had for projects. They charging too much but there no quality at all. They not reliable, very slow, very low quality work. I'm a builder and will not recommend this company to anyone else

Terrible experience.Poor communication, huge delays.

Probably the worst company for Customer Service & Quality. AVS will not speak to you directly but only through your Builder, even though you are paying the bills. My Builder took off on a 4 week holiday mid build and I was left to Project manage, there was a problem and I contacted AVS only to be ignored and told We do not speak to Clients". The quality of their frames is about Chinese levels. They installed windows back to front with the solar one way and the adjacent window the other. Flyscreens are very flimsy. I called them about a warranty issue only to be told it was over 12 months and basically go away! It was 13 months since the install.So if you are installing aluminium windows and doors

great experience, they did design and installation- very affordable.

I previously had my windows tinted through another company which has since gone out of business. I recently replaced a few windows. I reached out to AVS Windows & Doors to have my new windows tinted and with limited information as to what brand and specific tint was used on my original windows, they were able to match them perfectly. A+ customer service!
