Post Office Hotel Pub & Dining Hall
We had lunch here recently in the beer garden and had a great time!We ordered the Fish and Chips and the Chicken Parmigiana and both were delicious. Side note: the coleslaw in particular with the F&C was really tasty!The vibe was great and the staff were friendly. Will definitely be back!

The Post Office Hotel couldn't have been a more perfect venue for our ceremony and reception. All of the staff there were so incredible to work with and thought of everything! When we had to change our first look venue at the last minute Jen was so accommodating and helped us change it to have it there which was wonderful and so memorable.We heard nothing but how incredible the food was at our reception and how much they loved the relaxed vibe with the outdoor decking space.Thank you to all of the staff especially Jen, Caitlin and Meg xxx

My husband and I had such a magical day celebrating our wedding with loved ones at the Post Office Hotel. I would recommend this venue to anyone, particularly if you are looking to have a relaxed and intimate wedding. The venue vibe is very much rustic / industrial aesthetic with lots of greenery, as soon as we saw it we were like this is so us. Our guests kept praising the delicious food and the superb drinks they had on the day and gushing about what a great time they had and we can’t agree more. Our day also went relatively smoothly thanks to our amazing wedding co-ordinator Caitlin and her team. They were very supportive throughout the planning process and were super understanding about our need to reschedule our wedding due to Covid. They helped us prepare a timetable of what the day would look like and even co-ordinated with our vendors for on the day setup. You cannot ask for a better team to back you on your wedding day. We can’t thank the venue and the staff enough for helping to create such a special and memorable day for us.

I had my wedding at the Post Office Hotel last weekend and it was absolutely amazing! Our Event Manager Caitlin was a dream to work with, she supported us from the beginning of our wedding planning journey to the very end and she was very accommodating with our needs. The venue itself was stunning and the food was impeccable! So many people came up to us on the night (and even after the wedding) to praise the food. This venue was exactly what we were after and we highly recommend it!

We had the most perfect wedding day at the Post Office Hotel!The very first afternoon that we walked through the event space and met the events team we knew this was the venue for us. The events team were warm, welcoming, relaxed and full of fun suggestion for how to throw a brilliant party! The entire planning process was made easy: nothing seemed too much and the team was always wanting to help us achieve the wedding we wanted! They gave us great vendor recommendations, a good variety of menu options to pick from, a huge variety of options when it game to planning the drinks menu and most importantly to us the venue was very happy to have a full band playing late into the evening.On the day everything ran like clockwork, Meg and her team had thought of all the tiny details and every possible thing we could think of seemed to have been taken care of!The food was absolutely delicious, all of our guests were impressed by the quality and quantity of food served. It was most certainly not standard function food, we felt like we were having a big pub roast dinner with all the extras whilst surrounded by our family and friends which was just perfect! We had fun choosing our wine list and loved the flexibility given to us to pick exactly which wines, beers and spirits we would serve on the night. The service from all the staff on the night was excellent and it is very clear the Post Office Hotel have a team of real hospitality professionals who know what they are doing!

Nice atmosphere, nice food for a reasonable price. The menu isn't extensive yet still enough choice. Staff was lovely and efficient.There are tables outside in a nice shady courtyard.There was live music as well.

We recently held our wedding at the POH and we would 100% recommend having a wedding here! The staff were amazing to deal with in the lead up to the wedding, nothing was too difficult, and they made the whole process of planning a wedding super easy. The food was absolutely amazing, as was the service on the night. If you are after a relaxed and fun wedding venue, this is it! Special shout out to Meg for ensuring our day went off without a hitch!

We had our wedding there in March and the venue is awesome! Jen, Meg, Caitlin and the team were great to work with and the day ran absolutely smoothly. If there were any issues, we did not know about it!The venue itself is full of character and we did minimal styling. The great thing was we were able to hire some items like candlestick holders, the neon sign amd the arbour for our ceremony which worked out really well! They also took the hassle out of having to organise my own printing and did our seating chart, table numbers and menu (I wasn't too fussed about that stuff).All the guests raved about the food and there was plenty to go around and the quality was great (shared plates to the table).It was a great day/night and all our guests had a great time!

Not the best. Food was cold, service is a QR code thing and the price is really quite high considering the quality of food and lack of service you receive. Its a old pub but also lacks character due to a modern fitout.
