Domain use a disreputable company for deliveries, They have $800 of my money and my oven has not been delivered. The delivery company is not contactable, wont answer the phone and the web site does not work I just got the usual spin when I emailed. No genuine customer service. $800 out of pocket. I should have gone with Appliances Online, they are great to deal with

Our stove died and after doing reviews l decided on a new one from Domain. Their prices are very good and they have 2 years warranty like all the major brands. I rang and spoke to Sebastian on Tuesday after and found him to be very professional and extremely helpful. I made my purchase with him he told me as it was in stock it would be on its way to Sydney the next day. I hadn't heard from them by Wednesday lunchtime so l emailed Sebastian. He chased it up straight away for me, I received my invoice an hour later which ment the stove was on its way. I was thrilled when it arrived 3 o'clock Thursday afternoon. It isn't installed yet but it looks terrific. Domain was a great company to deal with l would recommend them to anyone.

They were great i had measures and photos of the original range hood and got what I wanted and my grandson put it in yesterday afternoon and all great many thanks

These guys are super helpful, have a great range of products, and - great prices. Our business has been buying form them for over 10 years, but they welcome retail sales too. Backup service and support and never been a problem either. We mainly buy split system air cons, and in 10 years have only ever had 1 fault, which was there when it was first installed. No problem, they sent someone out, and it as fixed that day - no charge of course! Don't pay double for one of the overpriced name brands" Buy the unit direct

Great Oven and great value from an Aussie company who are approachable, friendly and responsive.Our 895 mm oven died and we needed a replacement for a home we plan to be in only for another 2 or 3 years. We looked online and were a bit sceptical so I called and spoke with Domain staff directly. I was able to get through on the phone easily on a couple of different occasions and found all staff approachable, friendly and helpful. Not sure what phone the other reviews tried but I had no dramas whatsoever. And restocking fees are stock-standard across nearly all industries - measure twice / order once.And service - WOW! I had to change the gas jets over from Natural Gas to LPG. One was stuck so I called Michael and he advised to complete online request and he'd take care of it. I completed the request on Sunday and Michael had the part shipped Monday and a professional to my home to replace the stuck jet on Friday. What more could you ask for!We are SUPER happy with the Cooker. It was delivered fast and everything we have cooked, roasted and baked has been beautiful. The dual fans are great and insure an even cook; crispy chicken, super crispy chips and a pork roast that was tender, tasty and topped with yummy crackling.Why spend twice as much to get a cooker that delivers at half the price. Hats off to Domain for a great product!

I bought a Domain oven towards the end of 2020 and have been very happy with it. It’s streamlined, looks good and operates very efficiently and effectively.Recently, 2 technicians from Domain came to help me with what was a minor problem (which I had made difficult!?!).They came within two hours of me asking, fixed it cheerfully and then reduced the usual fee significantly: perhaps because it was not far out of warranty.I highly recommend Domain Appliances
