Kelly and the team are great trainers. They've made me feel welcome and part of the family from day one. With many membership and class options there is something for everyone. I'm so glad I found these guys! Best gym I've been to.

I joined the Fit Station 8 months ago and it was the best decision I have ever made. I have achieved so much in a short time and have the incredible people around me to thank. The support from all the coaches as well as the members is incredible. I felt comfortable and part of the fit fam from day one. The Fit Station is not only a place of fitness but a place of friendship and family.

Awesome energy! Coach Sarah helped us really wel and she has an amazing energy! Warm welcome and friendly people. They have group classes but also open gym. Recommend to check it out!

I started training at The Fit Station 1 year after giving birth to my second child, and I have never been fitter or stronger. There are classes to suit everyone, the coaches are incredible and my kids love the play area. Even my husband was hooked after completing a 6 week challenge. Bringing the kids along and working out along side my husband is something that no other gym in our area offers. We love The Fit Station!

Absolutely loved it trainers are fantastic and incredibly supportive and encourage you through every exercise. Would recommend The Fit Station to anyone who wants to enjoy a session without feeling like they need to be in a gym atmosphere

My happy place! Kel and her team of amazing trainers are next level - they care about you achieving your goals , safety and health. It’s awesome for the kids too - my kids love coming ! I couldn’t imagine life without training most days - iv grown to love working out all because of The Fit Station. The community within the station is absolutely beautiful too - so many awesome friendships formed it’s a fit family!

The Fit Station welcomes every person who walks through the (roller) door regardless of fitness levels. They pride themselves on being family oriented and they excel in this. My kids love coming to the gym with me. Kel and the trainers are knowledgeable and also very friendly and approachable. We love The Fit Station!
