Been here twice and has to say that the quality is not consistent.The first time everything was spot on and perfect.Love their pork belly baobun and woodear mushroom spring rolls!The mandarin Yuzu drink was also really refreshingThe second time, food was still delicious but not as amazing as the first time.Would definitely recommend trying a few times before deciding whether you like it :)

Bad experience, Unprofessional service by the staff they didn’t even fallow simple food handling procedures. what a wast of money throw away all in the bin. Never going back

Not recommended. No value for money. One Bao for $9???? It’s the size, if not smaller than, a taco! Ridiculous. Had a Bao trio $26 ! Flavours were mid, nothing special. Could’ve been happier (and actually satiated) with 2x $13 Grill’d burgers. Large fries came in a container with a 3-inch diameter. What a joke.The store was dead when I visited, now understand why. Losing all your customers due to a loss of value. No more value packs. Paying for scraps.This place is a scam, don’t even bother trying it. Greedy people after money and don’t care about customer satisfaction.

Disgusting experience while waiting for our food to be prepared. Staff observed licking fingers, ungloved and handling food, eating while preparing food, wiping nose with sleeve, loose hair. Tried to call to discuss but of course phone unable to be answered ‘at this time’. Disgusting on so many levels!

The ambience is great plus there are heaters to keep you warm and cosy. There is also a free 6-pack pacific ale if you spend more than 60 aud. The only thing is they should tone down the saltiness of the food. All the food we ordered taste good but were very salty.
