Chemist Warehouse Castle Hill - Hills Super Centre

Confusing queuing. Wait at the “queue here”and by myself. At the end. Another queue at the other side and I have to line up again. Slow service at the cashier too. Spent extra 10 mins of my time to pay while I was the only customer at the beginning. Need to improve. Quite annoying and bad experience

Long wait for a script, why tell customers 15 mins of that’s not going to be correct. Long wait in the queue, with only 1 person serving and 1 person at click and collect doing nothing. Tried to scan the applicator for my medication, even though the pharmacist had crossed out the barcode and written $0. I explained that it comes with the medication. They had to call the manager, go through the whole conversation again. They had to check with the pharmacist. Turns out I was correct. Just under an hour in store to get a script and the price was more than my local chemist. Don’t bother.

I bought $85 online with fast delivery. With $0 delivery fees it was at my door 1 hour later. And tracking was great as well, they texted me every few min to inform where was order was at. Amazing.

The range of products and the prices are outstanding but don't use this branch for your prescriptions because their system is a joke.They take your prescription, tell you around 20 minutes and take your mobile number (?). 50 minutes later on this visit (20 and 30 on previous visits) you get no notification, ask at the counter and there it is waiting! : (So if you do go for a prescription, wait for your name, not the text (it won't happen!). Lots of people were hanging around not sure of where to stand or wait.Great store, Could do much much better with prescriptions folks, far too slow and disorganised!!!

Very disappointed! I recently bought some goat milk powder from this Chemist and two of them were expired! So I had to go back to the store with two young kids and get a refund. Waste of time! Also the staff there didn’t seem to be sorry for the expired products. I can’t believe this happened in the Chemist warehouse!

Feels like a mini chemist warehouse when compared the others independent ones. But the staff are so helpful here. They would help find what you need. Was a great experience in this store. Regular and special items are available here.

The system for when you have preordered meds via the App needs to be improved.I've been told to stand where you wait for scripts being dispensed, where customers stand that have just handed them in.After waiting quite a while, similar to numerous other occasions I've gone to pick up preorderd meds I went to the end where you personally hand scripts in to get some service. I was then told to go back to the other end. I explained I'd been standing there already for quite some time, like other occasions, with no one coming to the counter.I would assume that preordering medication online or via a phone call a few days prior for scripts held on file at the pharmacy, should be a simple process for pickup & there should not be a lengthy wait, as the medication is dispensed previously & sitting in a basket made up already for pick-up. The woman who told me to return to the other end didn't seem to like the fact I'd said I had been waiting there for a while already with another man & no one had approached us.She then said I had to return to the wait end for her to get my medication &In the end, handed it to me in what I felt was an abrupt manner.

I would never walk in here and expect top service in chemist warehouseBut the 2 girls, one and Youstina (?) were lovely and so helpful, I was only after one body lotion product but ended up getting 3 more things I needed with the help of Youstinashe is one of the BEST staff at chemist I’ve met, she listened to my need, directed and explained all the details without a push and gave me undivided attention. I felt so comfortable with her.Thank you Youstina for taking my burden off and helping me get it all in one day which Is exactly what I needed tonight
