We've had 3 Arteil office chairs for around ten to fifteen years. We've found them affordable, comfortable, sturdy and maintainable.Recently, a couple had the backs become loose (moving laterally on their riser), I suspect due to being jostled by our kids. Upon inspection I found that the screws attaching them to the riser had become loose. It looked simple to tighten these but I couldn't get to them without removing the black plastic, chair back as the screws were out of reach. I contacted Arteil to see if anyone could advise me on whether I might safely remove the chair backs without damaging them.I was asked to send through a photo of the chairs to identify them and then had a call back from Steve, who provided me with a clear and helpful explanation of the chair backing removal and reassembly process. By following this (instructions worked seamlessly) I was able to remove the backs and tighten the screws in minutes.Our ten to fifteen year old chairs are now in original working order again. I am really impressed by the quality and durability of these chairs (there are so many cheap, poor quality chairs around) and by the great after sales service the team provides.I can highly recommend Arteil chairs to prospective buyers.

I bought the high back Regal Executive for working from home and I can only say, WOW. The entire experience was easy, seamless and fantastic. Communications about buying and shipping to Victoria, were clear and focused and the chair is something else.Now onto the seat. What a seat! The high back regal executive is like sitting in a Qantas First Class A380 seat. It is incredibly comfortable and supportive and just what's needed when working from home so much - no compromises. No regrets at all with the purchase.

A great little find this shop. Its a bit tucked away but there are many office and occasional chairs. I had my office chair repaired (gas lift) and have put my bar stools in to be re-upholstered. I will be going back next time I need a chair/s.
