Our go to garage and I can’t recommend them enough. Super nice workers, quick service and decent prices! They thoroughly check the car at every service and only repair what’s necessary. No waste of money and car is in great condition. Coming all the way across the city even after moving as it can’t get better than this anyway.

We though we had a problem with our car and quickly stepped by to ask how much the repair would cost. The guy gave us honest advice about the repair not being necessary, although he could have made a lot of money out of the repair. Definitely great, honest and pleasant service!

I want to give a BIG shout out to Giang from Spacelane Mechanical Repairs in particular. I took in an old run down car I had been borrowing from a friend (I can't afford my own) as the gear box was all kinds of messed up. The car was barely going into gear and was refusing all together to go into reverse. So I putted it down the road to the closest mechanic in pure panic mode assuming the fix would cost an arm and a leg because the car likely had other issues due to its age and condition. I am broke so I was freaking out about how I would pay for this. Giang greeted me and said he would have a look at it for me. I went back the next day to check in and Giang greeted me again with a big smile and told me that he had fixed the gear box issue as cheaply (exactly what I wanted!) as possible without it being unsafe. When the bill was handed to me I was so relieved, it was heaps less then I was expecting. Although the car will most likely run into issue again due to its age and condition , the fact that Giang was able to fix it for me in a way that was practical and accessible to me just made my day! Now I can breathe and have time to save money for a proper service in the future. But until then, I am just happy the car is able to run well enough to get me by.I met God today and his name is Giang, he works at Spacelane Mechanical repairs and he is my hero. THANKS GIANG :)

Can honestly say I’ve never had such a good experience with a mechanic before, these guys explained all my options really well and I felt like I was being kept in the loop through the whole process. Repair ended up being much less than I expected, and even a little less than they quoted me when I dropped my car off. Highly, highly recommend!

Such lovely garage. Giang never makes a woman feel uninformed and will let you know what needs doing first and what can wait. A treasured asset in my car care.

This was the first time I'd ever had my car serviced at Spacelane and Giang was hands-down amazing. He explained everything that needed to be done, was super-communicative and helpful, and unbelievably fast and efficient. And on top of that, the cost was extremely reasonable and he went above and beyond by changing my car key battery that had started to go flat. I've never had my car serviced by anyone except the Subaru Service Centre and now there's no reason to go to back, Giang was awesome. Thank you!
