Fantastic Experience! Had a last minute order and lots going on personally including a death in the family, the team - specifically Sandra made sure that my product made it to me the next day & wrote me a lovely message when i received my order! I hadn't put in my order until 4pm that afternoon! To have my mind put at ease at this time and my product arrive so promptly was fantastic! Thank you so much for getting my product to me and actually caring :)

THE BEST!! From the excellent communication to the quality and range of products...you won’t find better! I was in a hurry so thought I’d just pay extra for possible but they emailed saying they charged less as my parcel didn’t weigh enough to warrant the extra cost!?!Most impressed also that my parcel arrived one business day after placing my order!! Such an amazing store! Had everything I could possibly need and more than I had even thought of. Everything was super easy to find, and the staff is so helpful. They are so kind, welcoming, and even great to just chat to. Even if they don't have something you're looking for, they'll order it for you. 5 stars doesn't do it justice, I'd give more if I could!
