They put both my dogs into one room but still charged full price, and my big dog came back with an infection on the pad of her foot...had she been exercised they should have noticed it.

We love this place and so does our fur baby Ruby. We have alternative options that are closer & cheaper however we prefer to do the 1.5 hour round trip to make sure our girl is looked after properly; if our schedule doesn’t match their handy pick up & drop off service on specific days. It’s easy to see the team have a genuine love for animals and know their personalities. The report card is a nice touch :)

Our little grumpy dog stayed overnight while we visited Bundaberg, he was happy when we collected him, friendly & accommodating staff.

We are extremely happy with the service and the quality of the care that our dog receives. She enjoys her stays and is happy to see the friendly staff every time we go. Can only give 5 stars but we highly recommend them.

Highly recommend. Great team that looked after our baby as if she were their own.Great facilities - our baby had two weeks in the VIP Lounge. Even when we had to pick her up early, they we’re more than happy to credit the account. The Pick up option from our place to the resort was great and easy to arrange.Will be using again without a doubt ⭐️

True pet lovers. My very fussy feline was relaxed on pick up and seemingly random n no hurry to leave - which is always a good sign! She will definitely be staying here again next time I'm going somewhere I can't take her with me. Lovely knowing I don't need to worry about her and can relax and enjoy my time away too.

My friend left her dog there and there was certainly no complementary bath or nail trim she was slugged $15 for a bath, I also don't believe that there is a discount for boarding additional dog even though they are in the same room, and the it's pricing is nothing short of obscene and the day rate is a rip off especially because you can't collect your dog on a Sunday until the afternoon and are then charged an extra day rate" and the cuddles they advertise are all charged for

Hi we left our dog at isis resort over this previous weekendWe picked him up and he was happy and cleanThe staff there where helpful and friendlyWould defiantly take him back there again

Our 2 dogs only had to stay for 2 days but they seemed fine and happy on our return. The staff were friendly and nice and what we saw of the place seemed clean. I would use this facility again based on our limited experience.
