Omega Electric & Power Services Pty LTD is very unresponsible. They cooperate with Smart user, which advertise the air conditioner is free, but when they quote it starts from $999, we need three airconditioning to be installed, Ashley (Technichal person forn Smart user) come and quoted for us, and wrote details how and where to install the aircondition. He is saying how difficult it is to install to put in a proper position and quoted $3900 for three Midea Aircondition. Few days later, people from Omega Electric & Power Services Pty LTD come, and they installed the aircon above my neighbours yard, which was not the position quoted, I have clearly said there will be no way the aircon can be installed in neighours yard. They are very unprofessional. The same night my neighour come to complain, and we have to take off the installation and install in new place. They asked us to pay extra $550 to fix their mistake, we had no choice but to pay. Upto now we only received $3700 tax invoice from Split system Installers Melb Pty Ltd (a different company), but we have paid a total of $4450 for three Midea aircon, and the position they put was very ugly, also leaving big hole in my room, I have never seen an aircon installed like this. They used the government money, but does not help the resident. We couldhave 3 Midea Aircons intalled with same or cheaper price without the government retabe. Where does the government retabe goes.

We have found some fake profilers stating some false allegation on our business , we have never dealt with these customers who are trying to condemn our business !To all my new clients anytime reviewing our reviews please ignore those false allegations we are a business to deliver the best quality services within our community and some haters trying to pass on made up comments .

Ash installed split system air conditioner. Arrived on time and very neat install in a difficult situation.

He install air conditioner split system which was faulty and over priced $4500 refuse to come and do a check up after 1 month still waiting tried calling them no answer we ended up stripping the air conditioner down and calling for professional electrician to install a new air conditioner (note do note use this company the most corrupted rip off company I’ve seen they steal people money )
