The kickboxing class was good, not so difficult you felt like dying but difficult enough to get a decent sweat going.

I liked the classes and the owner is nice, but was disappointed that they kept on charging me a membership after they had closed and said payments would be stopped. When I requested a refund for the amount over charged I never received anything back and they stopped communication. It’s not about the money, but I’m just saddened by their response to it :(

Great non-judgemental environment to learn kickboxing techniques whilst getting fit. Trainers know exactly what they're doing and how to motivate us to push further and achieve the results we want. Overall would highly recommend no matter what level of fitness or boxing experience you have, will definitely learn something new while having fun.
