I ordered a sub online over weekend... I received no call, no follow up and no communication other than automated emails... Couldn't care less as I received my order on Tuesday safe and sound... The online price was good, the stock list was accurate... Couldn't expect more... Well done guys... You have a new fan.

I discovered Audio Junction by accident while shopping in Hamilton one day in August 2018 and out of curiosity, I decided to go inside and look.I saw that they had very good stock of hi-fi equipment and records, so when I browsed through their selection of new vinyls, I bought a couple that I found and these were Otis Blue" by Otis Redding and "Strange Days" by The Doors.I played the two records on my record-player when back home in Point Frederick and I found that I really liked "Otis Blue"

The staff of Audio Junction are the absolute best, their knowledge and passion is infectious. I walked in to buy a mini system for the young man in my house and ended up getting right back into my own music, something that I haven’t done for a few decades, I now have my own complete system as well. My partner and I couldn’t be happier, through COVID19 we have had music every day. So grateful for all of their staff and their information, their understanding of my starting point, both price and quality, lack of sales tactics and their true passion of the love of music. 100% recommend, why wouldn’t you shop at Audio Junction??

Very confusing place to deal with, did a click and collect online. I waited on hold for over 40 minutes to find out they don't do click and collect at Newcastle because the shop is temporarily closed and they need to freight the speakers.

Good selection of budget to mid range equipment. Customer service is very good and staff have good knowledge of products. I do feel though that they specialize more in Home Theater than two channel audio these days and given the market for 2 channel is shrinking - who can blame them.Oh, and price wise these guys are unbeatable. I've never paid RRP at Audio Junction for anything.

They gave me great deal on a Harman Kardon HK3700 receiver and transferred it to Newcastle the next day because I needed it urgently. They were fantastic to deal with. And the amp itself sounds just beautiful. I'm very happy with the whole experience

Good range of high end audio and for the not so high end audio as well. Do yourself a favour and go into there listening rooms and dream this could be your room one day. I bought some Richter Mentors for my stereo room and I just love the sound of them.
