Ordered a gas cooktop. Took a while for the distributor to supply it to Rawsons (due to global shipping issues). Rawsons staff though were very friendly and kept me informed. Great customer service. Cheers.

Poor service, Weber sales person was away and nobody could help me over phone and all I wanted to know was if the model I wanted was in stock to pickup that day.Made a complaint direct to Weber who rang the store and confirmed my story.Rawson’s you lost that sale, purchased elsewhere!

If you've forgotten what personalised local service looks like, get down to Rawsons Plympton Park. Incredibly helpful staff without exception, looking for the best value options for the customer, and fixing any issues with products straight away. Could not be happier with my Weber Family Q, and the whole experience. I'll be in for more accessories soon.

The BBQ section was well stocked with all things Weber. The sales staff were very helpful and they know their products. Then we looked at the bathroom side of things. Lots to chose from and the same helpfulness from the staff in that department. Everything was clean and well laid out.

We had Rawsons check our new house for any safety issues. We also got them to move a fuse box and add some new outlets. It was an old house (built in the 50s) so we asked them to focus on safety and to fix anything that posed a risk.They did the work we asked for, said they'd located and fixed a couple of live wires in the roof but otherwise gave the house the green light for safe wiring. It cost us around $5k which we thought was worth it to know any dodgy wiring had been identified and fixed.Fast forward 5 years, we needed some electrical work done and got the name of a nice young electrician from our local plumber. Within 5 mins of looking around the house, he'd identified power sockets wired as lights, an uninsulated and poorly fitted light on our back deck which effectively meant our pagola could have been electrified without us knowing, dodgy wiring throughout the garage, and he found the entire house was wired to only 1 circuit... which explained why we'd always trip a fuse if we turned the dishwasher on when the washing machine was running!ALL of these issues SHOULD have been picked up by Rawsons. ALL of these issues posed a safety risk. Rawsons either didn't look thoroughly enough (in which case they're lazy) or they just didn't identify the problems (in which case they're incompetent). Neither of which you want in an electrician!For what we paid Rawsons I would have expected them to do what we asked and make our home safe, but they didn't.My parents have had a similar experience and have sworn never to use them again.If anyone asks me to recommend an electrician, I know one company I'll tell them to absolutely steer clear of!!This work was done under my husband's name. Went to look at new appliances got treated like trash by sales woman prejudged, overall a thoroughly unenjoyable experience. we were ready to buy, took business elsewhere.On the plus; beautiful show room, great looking and a good range of appliances on display.

Went with my wife this morning to buy fridge, freezer and oven for a new home, walked around looking for 30 mins with a large chunk of budget burning a hole in our pockets. Not once did anyone speak to us or ask if we needed any help so walked out with the money we were looking to spend.They were not even busy, just ignored us... We will take our money elsewhere ..

Great service in the Weber section. Since purchasing the weber a few years ago my house has needed rewiring, relocation of the meter box and underground power. From start to finish Rawsons were professional on a job that threw up a few challenges (70 year old house and wiring). Can not recommend them highly enough for any similar work.
