I’m a pregnant woman.Today I went for ultrasound and forget to bring mask so I was waiting outside for my husband to bring the mask.one white lady without mask went inside they give her mask when I went inside they told me no to come inside and wait outside. Discrimination

What's the point of making appointment if you are seen half an hour later than your scheduled appointment?? Wasn't even crowded! My appointment was at 4pm, I was there 10 mins earlier and finally got seen at 4:30 for a CT scan.

One of the reception staff members was incredibly rude to many patients, including myself. She was snapping at everyone. Otherwise, the radiologist I saw was nice.

Loong waits on phone no one answers or ever replies , phone says to site but website booking system but they reply, and by any luck phone is answered, they put u on long holds and forget about it! Pathetic service.. very bad. Definitely no recommended

I went to this imaging place today. Reception lady was nice and friendly. The man that would have completed my scan lacked people skills and no empathy. I do get nervous before hand. I don't move around. He could have easily put me at ease with a few kind words to ensure me everything will be ok even add a joke and talk me through the process. Worried he would be sticked with a needle. Will not be back!!

I went there with my wife for her week -20 pregnancy ultrasound and we were really excited for it but it was worst experience,Receptionist was friendly but the Lady who did ultrasound was really really rude.And didn’t even bother to explain us anything she was just taking all the images and really really rude.Never suggest anyone to go there, worst experience ever.

Very under-trained and uninformative administrative staff. First told me to pick up the films during Christmas 27-29, and only found out they would not be open until 8 Jan 2018 when I stood in their front door; also told me my refund would be automatically transferred back to my account the next day, which nothing happened as at today (8th Jan 2018). When I called in to ask questions, the person who answered phone went with the usual bad customer service tone: that has nothing to do with us

Receptionist was lovely but my person for my scan so rude and mean. Felt like I was on trial when being questioned. Snarky and made commentary like I was in control of what the doctor was telling me and referring me to do!!

I rang and also went there personally before the test, bad attitude keep telling me not to go there when she was busy. When I went there late afternoon papers were lost, I had to wait for five other who came later than me and when I asked she said others made appointment which was a lie. Why didn't she tell me to make appointment when I rang and went there to enquire twice before the day of procedure. I had no food in the morning and have a broken knee. I broke down and cried and she has no sympathy.
