Great service here. Both reception and medical staff operating the MRI facilities were very professional.Prior to the scans being conducted, the team needed to carry out background checks on previous treatment I had done.It was a bit of challenge to track down but one individual went out of his way to ensure they got the information they needed, preventing the need for me to reschedule the appointment.This was greatly appreciated. Certainly felt valued as a patient, which isn’t often the case with other providers.

Not up to standard.High prices and poor service.No inages given to clent.Poor images can hardly be read by a specialist.Try Vision radiology for top quality.

Fiona the radiologist is fabulous. Kind and caring. The receptionist I had today was rude and bitter. Disappointing that she has no care for the patients.

Great service, didn’t have to wait to be seen

This is my first time getting a scan with Lumus and I was very nervous and anxious before my visit. I thought I was running late when I was actually on time and rang in a panic. I spoke to Kim who was so patient, lovely and gentle with me on the phone. This helped me so much as it was one of those days where I was running well behind. Kim confirmed that I actually wasn't running late but went above and beyond to support me by reassuring me as I was really stressed at the time. This made a big difference to my experience and usually when I have health appointments you don't get this type of quality of care. Upon arrival Kim was the same practitioner who greeted me. This made the experience personable and safe, because it is always scary having a procedure or scan done. Thanks to Kim and the team here for such a supportive and caring experience.

this establishment is efficient, its technical staff are communicative, friendly. Their receptionists could do with a bit better customer service training, but, hey, its a medical facility. The reason they don't get five stars because while they seek feedback, replete with scan codes on how their staff are going for a higher wage rate, is clicking on their scan doesn't work because of no internet connection! IT problem? Maybe. but it is a management image problem in that they appear to by ironically hypocritical in seeking feedback you cant really provide.

Great service. Super helpful and warm receptionists. Radiologists were very professional, friendly, open to questions and knowledgeable with their answers. If you want to be treated as a human and not a number in the system this is the place to go. Thank you for the great work you do.

I've had scans on six separate occasions over the last 12 months. Lumus at the Avenue PS are very efficient, organised and friendly.Highly recommend their services.

Stephen Lee was great. I was well informed and felt comfortable during my procedure. I was also pleasantly surprised that my appointment was on time.

Terrible service at reception. No customer service. Four staff members chatting and talking and giving information to make the patients feel at ease.
