Recently hired then purchased a rehab bike from Abacus after knee replacement surgery. Price very good, and the service really excellent - second to none, I couldn’t have asked for better. I checked out most of the providers in Cairns before hiring. My experience: Abacus would have to be best place in Cairns if you’re looking to hire or purchase rehab equipment. Christine went out of her way to be as helpful as possible. I would definitely recommend Abacus if your in the market to buy or hire rehab equipment. Thanks Christine for all your help! I recently needed to hire a rehab exercise bike following knee surgery. After checking out all the rehab equipment hire firms in Cairns, I hired from Abacus. The hire rate was very competitive (best in Cairns) and the service was exceptional. Couldn’t have been happier. The bike was excellent for myknee rehab - I decided to purchase the equipment after being quoted a very reasonable price. Abacus’ follow up service was second to none. Christine went well above and beyond what you might reasonably expect. My experience: Greatly appreciative of the extra effort put in by Christine at Abacus, couldn’t be happier. I did that thing where my Proform 305CST treadmill had the tread move over too far to the left.I then ignored it for 15 months but adamantly decided I needed it yesterday.I called Christine and she was over in a flash, fixed up the tread, gave it some much needed attention and now my right knee hurts from trying to jog.10/10
