O’Briens glass are reasonable not perfect because we couldn’t get the mobile service to come 55 kms from Toowoomba to do a replacement windscreen. Strange that they have been here 4 times in 5 years but after 6 weeks wait we went elsewhere & that will come to our house

We had an at home installation of a new windscreen outside of insurance, which went very smoothly and efficiently through the whole process from booking, cost,communication and installation. Shannon was amazing. As he had been out of town, he contacted me regularly to update me on his arrival. He completed the task with care and efficiency- even vacuuming out the front of the car on completion. Would highly recommend this company.

Unfortunately we had a bad experience with the Toowoomba branch. The seal was bad, not fitting correctly and given a lame excuse for why. On my way home from work the next day the trim came off!!! I need my car for work and was told that I was to keep the car dry or else the water will get in make it mouldy, yet they couldn't send a tech out to me or fit me in to get my car sorted until Sat!!! What I'm supposed to do for the next 2 days is beyond me. Very vexed at the situation!!! Have spoken to 5 different people regarding the matter and just get sent round in circles. Not a happy bunny at all!!!!

Got 2 msg’s reminding me of an 11:00 appointment one a week before another a day before. Arrived 10:45 and waited in coffee area, 12:00 told windscreen not delivered yet, 12:30 windscreen arrived. Was told even though their were people ahead of me mine would be a priority, this was after waiting 1.5hrs and nothing was done. 1:00 car was driven around for work to be done. The techs were flat out, someone in charge needs to stop over booking and ensure parts are there on time. Everyone was very apologetic, but not good enough in the customer service side. After waiting for three days no return phone call regarding my complaint about power cable to dash cam being wrecked and inoperable. Steer we’ll clear.

I was understandably nervous getting a new windscreen in my restored HQ Holden, but they put the leading hand on specifically to have it installed. Installed very carefully and with the utmost care. Great job.

Don't let this guys ripp you off. They gave me a quote to replace a windscreen for $1000. I visisted some local shops including one that I've used before for the same service and their quotes weren't over $500.O'brien followed up on the quote but I said I was going with someone else since they are charging half the price. With no hesitation, the representative said they could bring the price down to $750.So, are you charging people at least 25% over just to see if it sticks? You should be ashamed!Have a look at other reviews, they do this all the time by the looks of it. They will also try to scare you saying bad things about local shops.
