Well very disappointed in their service to say the least. Just moved to the area and booked my car in for a service, told them any issues ring me. I returned at 4 today to collect my car to be told it needed 2 rear tyres and told they had 25% left on the tred wtf they were replaced with new ones 4 weeks prior and was also charged for wheel alignment which was not done. Also told water pump was on the way out and leaking on the drive belt which had bad cracks and would need replacing! As this was a major service I had asked them to change it anyway as I thought it was a standard thing in the morning when dropping it off no ph calls at all.Politly said I think you should go and take a propper look at the tyres oh they said and asked why no ph call? Leave the car and we will replace the belt but you will need to replace again when the water pump is fixed? I said why fix that for a week to replace again when the water pump is fixed are they insane? And pay for a seccond belt.

Called to ask mechanic what would be the main cause of dramatic increase in fuel consumption in my Holden Combo Van XC. The answer was the oxygen sensor on the exhaust not functioning correctly. So a replacement is required. Thanks so much for the friendly advice!

Thompson motor group, have been nothing but brilliant from start to finish we've had our Colorado 7 serviced since buying brand-new from Thompson motor group they've always been helpful, considerate and understanding which is what you want when buying a brand new car. It is sad that Holden is no longer around but it's great to see Thompson motor group still honour the service we've come to expect from the team.

Drive unlawfully and probably rob their customers just as grievously.

I had a 210,000km service plus a radiator replacement due to a crack on the base. When l received my car, l noticed the plastic cover that goes over the radiator was missing some of the holding down plastic plugs. This was fixed, but then l discovered there was still radiator coolant leaking onto my garage floor. Took it back again and discovered the radiator cap had failed under pressure, which in my view should have been picked up when they did a pressure test at the workshop or after a test drive. The replacement plastic cap was going to cost $50, but when l complained for the reasons above, they did discount the cap to $35. Still an expensive for a so called genuine piece of Holden plastic. I still have an issue with my driver's door central lock, which doesn't want to raise the doorknob high enough to unlock. It has been changed over 3 times twice under warranty and gets adjusted and works for a while then some reason during hot days it fails again

Recently my family and I had a pleasurable experience of purchasing a motor vehicle through Thompson Motor Group in Shepparton. Our situation was somewhat of a complex one as we were assisting our eldest daughter, who has just recently joined the Navy, to purchase her first car. Due to her commitments in the Navy she was unable to personally be present for the initial stages of the purchase. However the highly professional team of people at Thompson Motor Group assisted us with the utmost of courtesy and respect and their exceptional customer service enabled us to work through any problems that arose during the process to enable a positive outcome for our daughter. We were at all times made feel like valuable customers and I would highly recommend purchasing a vehicle through Thompson Motors.

I wasn't happy with the service . My car had been recalled for the clutch to be fixed but I find it worse now than it was before I took it there. . I wonder whether they had touched it at all . Plus they didn't even offer me a car to drive , told me to go catch the bus up the road or get a taxi. Hell even Ford give you a car for the day. As I have been a Holden person all my life , I was very disappointed.

Went in for spare parts and a paint question and the staff were fantastic. Explained everything and prices were more than affordable. Great work!!

I sent my husband here for a spare part for my Kia Van. ( which has been serviced at Shepparton, and had the sliding door adjusted previously) The service man asked my Husband to drive home to get the rego...plain lazy !!!
