Absolutely rude and disgusting behaviour from the staff at the storage facility. Allowed the partner of a storer to borrow the trailer one day and then revoked that same privilege two days later. Said they shouldn't have done that" but never apologised or asked if they could help in any other way. Appalling customer service."

The girls at National Storage Mitchell Park are fantastic! From getting the initial quote through to moving out 7 months later, they provided exceptional friendly service and advice. I would highly recommend them and give them 6 stars out of a possible 4 !!!

Good service, reasonable prices, just wish the gate code had worked. Also was shown a site for our van but the one shown was not the one given. What a nightmare. Eventually worked out a day late.

After 2 years of havig our things stored there, they upped there storage fees on us 4 times! Thats why 2 days ago we pulled all our stuff out!

Great experience with National Storage Marion!!!The facility is clean, tidy and secure. The staff were amazingly friendly and helpful from beginning to end ...... they even cancelled my whenever they realised I had moved out and forgot to inform them. Couldn't be happier with the service I recieved!!!

Couldnt find the storage unit number. Wasnt given a map. Alot of them are not in numerical order and are just randomly placed. There isnt an evening number to call or way to contact so gave up and went home. Wouldnt recommend this company.

Went to pick up a parcel.response was Ha Ha your late"this location is not convenient or friendly.i did not authorize for my packet to be held ransomedi was told there would be lockers with pin numbers for convenient afterhours pick up.dont use them for collection"
