Karumba Point Holiday & Tourist Park

The managers and staff here are very friendly and love a good laugh. Very helpful and knowledgeable. Toilets are very clean and tidy as well as the whole park.Even the the long-term residents are very nice giving us fresh filleted fish. Would definitely recommend this place.

Booked in for one night as we were unable to extend an additional night at original caravan park. Staff were so very friendly and helpful. Enjoyed a Barra Burger for lunch on site and then a cracking hotdog and egg, bacon & cheese muffin for a light dinner. We had a bit of a wait but staff explained this to us and why when we ordered. We are on holidays and a wait for food when someone else is cooking was no problem to us. Thanks for your consideration and hospitality. Diane & Craig.

We had 4 days last week at this park. Very accommodating staff, helpful and with a smile. Good and clean facilities. Easy walk to the point . Had a nice meal there as well. Karumba has everything you need in food and great local fish available. Will be back for a longer stay. Cheers

Great park, sites are well laid out, some with shade. Pool is great to cool off. Amenities were clean. Fresh Prawns from reception were great. Only one happy hour on a friday at 4.30pm. Enjoyed our 4 night's . Staff were great too.Ferryman sunset tour is a must do while here.!

One of our best holidays so far!!! We were there to stay for two days but ended up staying for a week. The whole park was very well maintained and lots of trees there to sit and relax. The camp kitchen was simply superb".Conrad and Shona were great hosts and always tried to help. Kids had great fun in the pool and the park. The whole park

Great place with awesome staff.Best camp kitchen I came across - ever, spacious and extremely well equipped. Nice, cool pool with some shade, good showers.If you like a place to feel home and appreciate community, this is it. Shona, the manager, greats you with a big smile and helps you make your stay exciting, happy and memorable.

Absolutely loved staying here last month (Oct 2021) for a few days. The managers of the park were so lovely and helpful, letting us pitch our tent in the shadiest spot we could find, despite it not being the specific unpowered camping area. They had great information about what to do in the area and the amenities were great, including the well set out camp kitchen and the pool which has shade over it. I would stay here again for sure. The managers were so friendly, it felt like a home away from home.Although it is not on the gulf, it is a short walk (15min) to it and nicer for being back from the water, as the proximity to salt water and sand at the coast makes it feel much stickier and humid than being back from it a bit.

Great service from the girls in the office , good access to local attractions , good value all round .

This is a nicely set out caravan park with good amenities. Has a pool for the kids( and adults). Spaces between van is workable, had room to put the awning out and walk around our area. The office ladies are friendly and helpful.
