Great and quiet place, a few minutes to the waterfall. But pets are prohibited here. Our puppy could only stay in the car.

Lovely picnic area with lots of tables and shelter. The walking trails are clearly marked.

Kinglake National Park
Haven't been here since the fires 13 years ago. It has grown back remarkably well to a decent forest ecosystem again. Lots of wildflowers to be seen in spring and great walking to tracks to the falls and Mt Sugarloaf.

Amazing place for a picnic and a stroll with friends and family. It's also good for kids as the path to the falls is just a simple and short walk.. many scenic spots for a photo op, too..

Beauty! Love this place. Great natural atmosphere and clean air. Good views of the city as well if you drive up to the top of the Ridge. Mason Falls is great.

Mason falls is beautiful and photos don't do it justice. We hiked from mason falls carpark to boundary track and then to the wallaby trail, doing the steep part downhill was a lot easier.Pretty easy walk, mostly flat ground w no rock scrabbling whatsoever.Toilets and bbq facilities at the parking area as well.
