Really gone down hill. Dirty sticky floors and tables. Haven't been there in a while and was really dissapointed saw the man behind the counter get cream on his hand from an item in the display cabinet lick it off his hand then serve a customer absolutely revolting. The cakes also tasted funny like they've been stored all together. Lemon tart tasted like sandwich meat??

The best local bakery in the area, large pastry options as well as takeout burgers, sandwiches and wraps. Lots of desserts to choose from and good coffee. Good for trades stopping by for lunch in the area as there are toilet facilities available. Lunchtime rush can get busy.

Bad customer service, they seem not tot care about making a sale. Left waiting at counter for 10mins to buy family quiche. No one said I’ll be with you in a minute. After clearly waiting at the counter with my purse in hand the young lady preceeds to serve another customer. Very awkward and uncomfortable atmosphere. They have gone downhill.

Haven't visited for about a year. Used to love dropping in. It However, very disappointed. My coffee was not as I requested and definitely not hot enough. Did appreciate gf sausage roll that was quite nice. Sadly, the staff give the impression they would rather be elsewhere! Several people seated near me had their orders stuffed up and one customer had to chase down her coffee ☕️ not once but twice.These things do not reflect well on a bakery, that when originally only in St Peter's had an awesome reputation. It takes more than riding on the reputation of a brand to make a cafe experience nice. Good coffee and great customer service go a long way!

I've been going to the bakery for some time now and in the beginning the coffee, hot pasties and pies and great customer service,Now however I'm done I have given then the benefit of the doubt 4 times. The pasties don't even have warmth to them no more hot chips and they were amaizing. Coffee I cant begin to explain what it tasted like. Not sure if it was coffee. I'm sorry to say I'm done. I think I will now go up the road and get my lunch.Time for you to take notice of the reviews and do something about it.

Gorgeous little bakery. Had the toasted focaccia with pesto and salami and a sausage roll - both absolutely awesome. Ambiance is lovely, great spot to sit down for a coffee!

Called into Ridgehaven this am...coffee not bad but ....1st Issue Ham & cheese croissant (which is really meant to be eaten toasted and which I asked for toasted") barely saw the grill...it was almost cold....Sheez guys how hard is it to check to make sure something is as the customer requested ....2nd issue ...Many of the tables and chairs I went to sit down at were dirty
