I was thankfully referred to Nicolette at Shampers Dog Grooming a few years back. Spencer the Tri Colour cavalier suffered with bad anxiety with grooming. When I first spoke to Nicollette over the phone she asked me to just bring them both down not for a groom but just to meet her first and so she could meet them. She was truly wonderful and understanding of my concerns with him and patiently had time to listen to me, even though she is always extremely busy. She assured me that she would happily look after him and at his pace was very gentle and slow in his grooming, so that he is now much more relaxed. Cooper just loves the attention too. I was so relieved and knew in my heart we were at the right place and our boys could not have been placed in better hands. Years later we are still very grateful for finding her. Nicollette is definitely a dog whisperer, a true dog lover and with her amazing team, special mention to CC as well, we would definitely recommend Shampers as A1 Groomers!! Highly experienced and gives great advice too!

Nicolette is amazing. Not only does she have a special bond with dogs and a great understanding of them, but she always takes the time to teach me things about grooming and bathing. Nothing seems too much bother. She really loves what she does.An amazing grooming and teacher.Very kind person.My dog is always treated well here, and not rushed through on some production line. If he needs extra time and care he gets it. Otherwise it would be detrimental to how he reacts at the groomers, and how he is groomed at home. Nicolette and Cc understand this.A wonderful business.
