I wish i could give 0 stars placed my order online and paid for it then after 1 hour of waiting for my delivery my order was cancelled couldn't get the store on the phone and then 1.5hours after ordering and 30mins of my order being “cancelled” the delivery driver rocks up and says the app glitched out and he wouldnt offer a refund as i had sorted dinner out by then cause they said my order was cancelled never once have had this issue at any other dominos store would never go back there again the manager then started swearing at me on the phone when i asked if i could please be refuned it took 2 hours to get them on the phone they then hanged up the phone im going up to the store in 15minutes and boy i hope they keep that same energy rudest staff ever!!

1 star is more than this store deserves, my delivery was VERY late, everything was cold, topping were missing from the pizza, the mini Dutch pancakes were so cold and dripping in oil they were inedible and went straight in the bin, the meal was very disappointing.At least the delivery guy was polite and apologised for being late.

Not happy at all! took 2 hrs for a 2 minute drive and didn't even get the food. I am never ordering from dominos ever again. Do Better! Honestly, worst service ever.

I wish to give them 0 starsI used to work at this store back in 2007 and I see to it the staffs are ALOT more lazier than when I used to work there.Terrible serviceDisappointing, oily food with very little taste to it.Even saw a little kid there who happens to look between 5-8 years old, waiting at the counter and EVERY STAFF MEMBERS ignored him.So much for customer service.....This Domino's should close the shop.Go further down the road and go to the casual one instead. Or go to Moorebank one. Pizza hut in Moorebank isnt bad either when I had it a week beforeHalf creamy chicken mushroom and half Hawaiian with DEEP PAN CRUST.I had deep pan in Domino's pizza Liverpool Reilly St, it wasn't even deep pan at all. It was more of a thin and crispy crust just without any crisp.I understand it's a hot day, but if you don't like working in the kitchen which is a heated environment, and on a hot day, QUIT.If you don't like the job in general,QUIT.Nobody is holding anyone back from quitting their jobs.Once more, if you don't like the job, QUIT.Wasted. Almost $50 worth of disappointment.Never coming back here.

Since you don’t get anything Halal at any Dominoes, I usually prefer the ‘Cheese and Garlic’ pizza with my preferred choice of toppings.It’s worth the price and tastes pretty yum.

Cheap and nasty! That's just the customer service, don't get me started on the actual pizza.Do yourself a favour and don't buy pizza from here, there are plenty of other pizza places around the area that will treat you with respect and also provide you with pizza that will taste great.This store is giving the Domino's pizza brand a bad name. Poorly run store and it shows with the pizza they deliver.My last order from this place was the final ever order I will make with Domino's, the service and the pizza left a bad taste in my mouth.

What is this? I ordered a Loaded supreme and I have never been soo disappointed in looking at a depressing looking pizza in my life. It’s like the person preparing the pizza wasn’t bothered to do the pizza properly.Last time I ordered this it looked like how it was suppose to. Now it looks like everything as just slapped on and that’s it. What a disappointment. I’m still eating eating only because I’m hungry.

If I could give this place 0 stars then I definitely would, I ordered cheesy Garlic bread along with other pizzas, but I got barely any cheese on my garlic bread and it was half the size of a normal garlic bread as well and when I approached the OWNER of the store and told him about it and told him there was barely any cheese on my garlic bread he said that’s how it comes and it was also sitting out for 15 minutes first of all that’s not an answer that I would expect from a store owner that cares about his business and store reputation. this isn’t the first time I get cheesy garlic bread and I know what they look like and taste like second of all I ordered my food in store so I expect it to get handed to me hot and fresh not be sitting out for 15 minutes and then get handed out to me when it’s cold and tastes like cardboard.u

Couple times I order pizza online and have issues with the orders. They said that order is delivered to the address and order is still at the LIVERPOOL shop. They don't pick up the phone when you call them. I'll never order from DOMINOES again.

If there was a 0 star option I would’ve pressed that instead of 1.Liverpool store is the worst store I have came across in my entire life. I made an order for 3 sides and it took them 1hour and 10 minutes to bring my order. They hung up the phone on me 2 times after calling the store and asking where my order is since there is no tracking through the app. They made me wait 20 minutes on the phone and hung up.Would never recommend anyone buying from this store.
