Place has gone down hill since Michael was replaced with Johnny, sending inexperienced workers to places and the damage is out of control with ‘ oops it happens’ and they’re worried about their reputation! It’s gone !!Shame for the real hard workers that are there.

Never used an agency before but Nathan Tang-Lai from the Melbourne branch has been incredibly helpful, if he can't find what you like no one will... He feels like his one of my mates now.

The Driver Hire Team in Melbourne was the most professional. They listened to what i wanted to do as well rather than pushing their own agenda on me and what they thought I should do in terms of work.

Truck drivers should avoid this agency because they are enforcing drivers to work after completion of their legal hours , but if you stick as per law they will not pay you . I personally been through this and stuck because of them and finished my shift of 22 hours instead of 12 hours and I never got paid for overtime...after been through humiliating 22 hours shift I can imagine how hard it will be for someone. And remember govt. Or any department will not be helping you ....

Do not work with this company!!! I worked for a few months with Drive Hire Melbourne North. They are deceiving and using us. They told me that I could work in a full-time job for 3 months and then become a permanent staff driver. They are deceiving and using us, saying that you will become a permanent driver after 3 months. Before the end of 3 months, every company they send terminates our job. In this way, they hold us casually and use us. Their communication with you and they worked the companies are bad. Although, I did confirm the contract of the last two jobs they gave, when I went to work, the companies said that we do not need a driver. They do not inform you about whether the work is finished or will continue. Don't believe the Driver Hire for permanent position job.

I have never used an agency before, but I am so glad I chose to go with Driver Hire. The staff have all been nothing but supportive and helpful - but the biggest shout-out has to go to Nathan whose hard work and dedication has gotten me as a new driver some invaluable experience in multi-drop, interstate linehaul and local work carrying Green Life.I would not hesitate to recommend this branch to anyone looking for work through an agency

It appears that driver hire don't pay wages if you can't do work for them. I done a change over and wages haven't been paid. Yes I gave incorrect details but the were given the correct details the day after payment was ment to be made. It's now one day before Christmas and they still haven't paid. Second time in 20 years of driving I've used an agency and both times have been more trouble than its worth. Call companies directly for work. Don't use this agency

Very unprofessional staff i had 7 years experience as a owner driver and 1 yrs experience as a taxi driver in Melbourne but the recruitment staff was saying over the phone we can’t hire u bcz u don’t have on road experience hard to understand abt their statement. Pls hire an experience recruitment staff plssssssss.
