Such an amazing environment ! Team members are friendly, very helpful, my shopping was easy and convenient, amazing for Browns Plains. Even found a team member with the same name and he was amazing ! Jay I’m pretty sure. Only an employer but his skill set was eye to eye of a manager . Excellent customer service guys, thanks Jay !

Absolutely disgusting customer service. Roughly 7 people on the floor having a lovely chat with each other. I had to rudely interrupt a conversation and demand service. I understand the staff are young, however if you are employed, you should make the effort to do your job.

Alledgedly they sell sports shoes here. That's why I came from the Garden City shop to the Browns Plains shop upon their advice they had a size 13 in stock.To my dismay, there were none!Even worse, whilst I was waiting.... standing looking at shoes, 3 different staff walked past me without even a hello.This company should really train their staff.In fact, the young man served a young woman over me!I loved this experience.I hope they all find where to put the pineapple.Cheers!

Omg .. will never go to this store again, my grand daughter & her Mum were treated appallingly, after being told they could shop online instead, Mum was told by another staff member that she shouldn't be so fussy with children's shoes anyway.We went to Footlocker where the service was excellent, the young guy there couldn't do enough to help get her into a shoe that fit & she could walk/run in & the shoes were cheaper by $20 .. Big mistake JD Sports I myself have 2 teenagers who will be needing $200+ pairs of shoes for next year & guess where I'll be buying them, that's right Footlocker .

Went in to look at sneakers. We couldn't have been looked after better. Ended up buying 2 pairs of shoes. The whole experience was amazing.

Went to Browns Plains to go to Foot Locker. They didn’t have what my son wanted (told us to try again in a few weeks), so we stopped at JD and they were out of stock but checked the warehouse. The warehouse had what we wanted, so I paid for the shoes, free delivery, and they arrived to our home a few days later. Thank you!!

Will never shop jd browns plains again . Team leader was rude and would not help me locate an item . Went in on the 9/2/23 service was disgusting .left and walked into footlocker and was greeted with a smile and great customer service . Happy to spend my money on footlocker then JD sport . Been shopping JD sport for years first time come across such rude staff. Jd browns you need to work customer service skill or even better get new staff . Team leader was the rudest out of them. All.

If I could apply a minus score I would. Tried to exchange a jacket that had been bought less than 2 hours prior because we discovered marks on it. Tag had been removed but I had the receipt and staff refused to exchange. Apparently they can get the marks out so the tag is needed to exchange. No doubt they would sell it at the price of a new jacket too. Had tried to call 5 times prior to driving 1/2 hour back and phone hung up every time. Extremely poor customer service and will never shop here again nor recommend anyone else use this store.Returned less than 30min after initial contact and was refused the exchange. Never shopping here again

The team at JD sports Browns Plains were fantastic when helping me. I had to pick a pair of shoes for my brothers birthday and I had two team members help me out. He absolutely loved them.
