My sister waited almost a full hour just to get a trim. They ignored her, left her unattended. Her appointment was at 10.30, she got there 5 minutes before her appointment and just sat there. Definitely won’t be coming back here again! Not after that kind of service

We cam in today with my daughter not knowing exaaaaactly what to get. We had Lauren she was so good!! Spent time with us and bared with us well while we discussed it. Made my daughter feel so good about her experience!!! And she is super happy with her new hair do!!! Everyone was super lovely and was a nice environment. 10/10

Just get eyebrows done here. Fairly clean. Easy parking, good price. Usually can fit you in weekdays. Good job.

I went there to cut my hair but change my mind to do full package of 12 foils ,Color, treatment . The lady who attended me seem to be least interested to do my hair. The way of giving service , approaching to other Australian clients were different comparing to me. She only shows me just 2 colours and I need to choose among them , no options, at end I get undesired colour. She also cut my hair short to the neck line(wavy hair) and charge me for medium not sure about the length guideline. After colour she did not give me any information about treatment , shampoo and service that I required after applying bleach . No client card after the service I received for feedback. Yes she is the lady with blue highlight on front hair.Horrible experience,felt very uncomfortable to be there during the process.Never ever go there you won’t get good service after paying huge moneyThanksGrace.

Highly recommend S+S Browns plain, every appointment is an exceptional experience. The ladies are polite and professional. And the service is on point . Oh and the head massages are amazing

Today, girls were really really busy. They all kept smiling and kept going. Got what I asked for, cut and foils, and credit to them all. Well done girls for keeping the smiles on though it was a hard day.

I'm a regular here and I always leave satisfied.I've been coming here for all my hair needs for around 7 years. In that time I've had hair treatments, hair styling, hair colouring and hair cuts.Recently my mental health has been bad, and I find it difficult to do my own hair. Luckily these guys have my back. For a reasonable price, I get a hair wash, treatment with head massage, a blow dry and basic styling. Sometimes I pay extra and they put in an intense hair repair treatment. My favourite staff are Azarina, Riley and Chloe. All are extremely competent and are knowledgeable. This said, all the staff are nice and also very knowledgeable, but these 3 ladys deserve extra recognition.I rank these guys 10/10.☆ prices are reasonable☆ staff are friendly☆ staff are non-judgemental☆ staff are honest (they don't recommend procedures you don't need)☆ wait times are usually reasonable (you can also call and book, or book online)Review update:Everything is still amazing here. I'm treated with respect. They don't push products on me unless they absolutely believe they're necessary. Definitely still recommend them.
