Soul Athletic provide such an incredible vibe - the classes are challenging but fun. The trainers all provide different sessions - there aren't too many barre studios in the area so it's been wonderful to find this locally. I honestly love the community and I've enjoyed every class (both barre and mums n bubs Pilates).

It takes two hands to handle my coconut milk cappuccino at Love Your Soul. A fork was all I needed to polish off the tasty salad. Back to the fingers for the Hemp Seed Brownie. That just left room for a chai latte. One more happy customer is no longer hungry. Well, not until it's time for breakfast, anyway. Açai Bowl and a choc-chip Hot Cross Bun, with another Coco Cap, plus a hot chocolate - and off I waddle to walk it off...

Protein balls and Slices have shrunk by 50% ? Although price seem to be the same, if not more... this is the second time they have OVERCHARGED me. On another occasion they also didn't give me back the right amount of change. BEWARE!

If you are after a good drop, you should go here! LYS offers delicious treats, yummy smoothies and the best coffee you can buy.Chris and the team there are wondeful and after your brunch you can do a pilates session ❤

We live in London and are in Parkdale visiting my Dad for Christmas - the smoothie I had yesterday was possibly the best one I have ever had - absolutely delicious - will be working my way through the menu as I pick one up everyday after my morning walk along the beach

Amazing coffee and smoothies and super friendly service. One of my favorite places to visit. Their little sweet healthy treats are to die for especially the raspberry choc cheesecake. Highly recommend.
