Our site in Ryde is as complicated as you can get, bushfire prone and flood affected, as well as being on a severe site slope. 8 Squared worked with all of that to get our dual occupancy approved. It was great for us because they managed everything from start to finish. They’re now working on our house design. They’re great value for money and we would highly recommend them!

Pravi and the team created an amazing design for our site and were integral in achieving a great DA result. 8 Squared are highly skilled in architecture, but importantly are also across planning and construction. Pravi was great to deal with and I highly recommend 8 Squared.

10/10. We have a large and complex site, and they provided many options they we didn’t envisage early on. Staff are great and they kept us in loop with progress and always accessible. We appreciated them making it easy for us. Highly recommend them.
