Cowboys and Natalia needs a long hard look at reality and life isn't always easy. I needed her to change my address on a Thursday and knowing I am homeless told me that it could not be done until Tuesday which then means no payment at all until Wednesday its raining getting colder and she has obviously NEVER been homeless nor attempted empathy only apathy!!!What I endured is pathetic customer service and more than one RUDE unprofessional staffer. Id be embarrassed to call yourself customer service officers as there is NO SERVICE with this organisation!!! Since thisI have engaged with Joblink provider and its Staff Members at Maitland Road Mayfield and have attended the office with absolutely ALL of my requirements met in a professional manner!

Well I've had a great experience with these girl's. They have gone out of their way to help and pay for me do to a Traffic Control course. They also arranged and paid for the PPE clothing required to complete the courseThanks so much Mel Gomez and Kyleigh Quinn for all your help and having the confidence in me to complete this course.

The staff are more welcoming than actual customers for my job that I do

Not an employment agency by any stretch. From an employer perspective, the business appears to be chaotic and very disingenuous with regards to communication. The quality of the individual agents seems to be very mediocre at best. After discussing with others I discovered it's owned by Maximus in the USA and they have a very poor reputation overall. After reading up on the CEO BL Caswell, it is fair to say that Max, in Australia, may exist merely as a front to solicit questionable funding from the current Federal gov. Avoid.

Horrible place they don't want to help with courses doesn't matter if it's $50 to $500 they won't help with $1 they also leave you waiting for an hour then pretend they are sick so they don't have to see youHalf the people who work here don't know how to use a computer they don't look for jobs in your skill level and just think about themselves when they barely do any hard work it's just talk for 15 minutes and print some paper all done but we pay the price
