Local pool shop quoted to replace pool heater and pump at over $5000. Jonno found it was just a faulty ignition switch and the pump needed new bearings, saved me a fortune and its running perfectly. Great service

In retirement mode. Initially we were happy as new customers, however after repeated missteps and poor maintenance, then saying they will turn up to rectify but don’t is disappointing. When you’re paying $150 a month to have your pool maintained and it is not is frustrating. Your choice.

Asked that company to check why our spa wasn’t working. Got told by them I needed a new pump. I agreed to go ahead with the job. Got told after a few days after a no show that the pump was on back order and that they might have another one but needed to check that it fits. I think there was a new owner taking over the business during that time. Took a while to find a time. New guy came, checked and said that the pump wouldn’t fit. He left and didn’t tell us anything else. Didn’t hear from them so got another company to have a look. They check the error code on screen and fixed the issue in half an hour. Saved a few hundred dollars. Disappointing that it could have been fixed quickly and that I was about to pay a lot more than needed. I understand the timing was not great with new owner taking over but he could have told us what was happening next and to keep in touch.

Johnno came and installed a NG pool heater. Turned up on time, very neat job and stuck with his quote. Very pleasant company to deal with.
