The customer service in person here is exceptional. But with both of the self service kiosks Out of Service, you get lines like this…. Please fix it, AusPost

The lady was so rude dealing with questions about passport renewals. When I tried to confirm a question she kept replying with as I said". Well that's not how you deal with people who genuinely have questions about a service. I asked if we could just get the photos done and she said we'll you need to get the entire thing done here so make an appointment. We asked for.an appointment and she gave us a time then after I said oh that won't work and she shook her head in annoyance. Practice better customer service

I have to give the Awesome Lady named Tracy a review. I had a issue with some missing parcels this afternoon just on closing time. Tracy was lovely enough to get to the bottom of the very confusing issue. She did so with the best friendliest attitude after what I can image, a long busy day. If you read this Tracy, thank you as I was not having the best day. I have also left a positive review with Aus post feedback.

Dealt with a rude older woman when I tried to renew my passport. The website states no appointment needed for renewals so I didn't make one but she pushed me aside for someone who had an appointment. When I questioned why as mine would take 2 minutes she persisted and made me stand aside and the person with an appointment jumped the queue. The next person in line though was a passport renewal who got processed by another older woman. Eventually when I was served I said their service was ridiculous and the lady was flustered and told me just to be quiet as she is processing it. All of that bad service and it took 2-3 minutes to process my renewal. Ridiculous and unnecessary!! Won't be going back to that store.

They now do not deliver any parcels to the street I'm in and surrounding streets that are hilly! After 10 years of delivery I now have to pick up every parcel down at the shop because the driver doesn't like the hills. When the manager was informed she just said to go make a complaint online. Worst service I've experienced in over 20 years!

Went in today just to post a batch of parcels which I usually do at another Aus Post but today used this one and the service I got from a lady (shorter lady with brown hair) was amazing compared to my usual place. She told me things and had knowledge about the services I can use to my advantage with postage costs and how to have a smoother postage experience etc. She and the others worked together aswell to give me the maximum info possible. Will definitely use this one again!

The African lady looked like she was dying inside. No smiles, no greetings, nothing. Sourpuss face the entire time she was serving with an extremely unenthusiastic tone of voice.

12:45 and line well into the shopping centre and two people serving. Wouldn’t most people be here on their lunch break? Just poor organising and plus staff aren’t friendly either

Lines are way too long. Waited 15 mins didn't even move a meter. Horrible!
