North Adelaide Golf Course

Always a great experience at the North Adelaide Golf Course. I'm no professional golfer, but really enjoy the South Course. Convenient location and great views of the city.

Pretty good for public course but some of the green and fairway can do a bit of repairs.

GREAT LOCATION—-EXCELLENT CONDITION—-CATERS FOR ALL LEVELS OF GOLFI have played at North Adelaide on a regular basis for many years. There are three golf courses located in beautiful tree filled parklands less than 5 minutes from the CBD and next door to Adelaide Oval and Memorial Drive Tennis Centre.The Championship South Course has improved SIGNIFICANTLY over the last three years under the guidance of Simon (Head Greenkeeper) and his dedicated and hard working ground staff. The South Course is easily the best public course in S.A. and it’s condition would easily rival many of our private courses which I play regularly. The manicured kikuyu fairways are the best I have played on. They have excellent coverage and are always cut short which allows the ball to sit up beautifully and provides for excellent roll. The greens are cut daily and given the amount of traffic are in excellent condition. Bunkers and the “rough” are always well maintained.Simon and his team have just completed designing and rebuilding the 6th hole themselves…… it’s not only challenging but looks fantastic….. a signature hole!!!!Well done to everyone.The North Course has finally had irrigation installed on 10 holes with the remaining holes being completed this year. I played it recently and the irrigation has significantly improved the condition of the tee blocks, fairways and greens. A great value course to play if you are starting out playing golf.The Par 3 course is in a beautiful location adjacent the River Torrens and it too is well maintained. A great family fun course!! It’s cafe has just undergone significant renovations…… a great place for a coffee, snack and chat!!Dominic and the team in the well stocked pro shop are very welcoming. There are regular competitions and other events organised for the public.You can learn golf from Jamie and Simon (certified coaches)……. you can purchase a bucket of balls and practice your golf after 3.30 on the first hole.If you are serious about your golf you can join the North Adelaide Golf Club who organise 4 competitions on a weekly basis for both men and women.If you haven’t played the courses recently…….. do yourself a favour ….. they are great value and you won’t be disappointed!!!

This is a beautiful course. One of the nicest in Adelaide that welcomes visitors. Playing the North course sees you trek through the northern parkland all the way to Park Terrace. The greens are in good condition and the course has challenging bunkers are differing grades. Undulating greens often bordered by busy roads.

The course was excellent but a mix up with our booking, resulting in us not getting the carts we booked put a dampener on the whole experience

Played the north course it's not as well maintained than the south but still challenging holes and a great lay out.

I have played the North Adelaide Golf courses many times over the past three years, always enjoy playing there, staff are friendly and helpful, greens always in good condition. Keep up the good work guys.
