I have bought two cool coats for our dogs and they are excellent. I bought the second one on Sunday, knowing that Silver Eagle were on a Christmas break. There were some minor Paypal issues that were quickly overcome, but Maureen was wonderful. She replied to my email even though she was on holidays and even sent the coat as well. I wasn't expecting to hear anything until a week later. Our little female cavvy has been feeling the heat so I am very grateful (she would be too if she only knew). I can recommend the coats, but more than that, Silver Star Outfitters are second to none.
