Really good cut. Great smelling products. AMAZING service. I left feeling like they really cared for my dog, Who can be handful. I was hesitant at first due to an ever so slightly higher rate then the last groomers, but it was totally worth it. I'm so, so happy with this service. Highly recommend.

Recently switched to pawstars so was a bit nervous thinking it was my dog that was the issue and not the groomer - but was pleasantly surprised.Based on recommendations saw Linda and she was absolutely amazing - the cut itself was awesome - great products / great smell and my dog was super calm and absolutely fine after itWill recommend to anyone out there and have definately found a new groomer

I took my dachshund in for a wash and tidy. The male attendant doing the washing part tried to drag my dog up the stairs, I politely corrected him and helped my dog up. I also asked for some matting to be worked on behind my dogs ears, and it hasn't been worked on at all. When I tried to call and message the number online it does not connect and messages do not go through, meaning an online review is the only available method of contact. The positive is the shampoo they use smells nice.

The ladies were so wonderful with my pup and for sure gave 5 star treatment! They made sure I was happy with all aspects of the grooming process and made sure we were clear on all the little details and treated my pup like an angel! thank you ladies!!

Easy booking system and Linda at Alexandria did a wonderful job grooming our cocker spaniel! Amazing communication to confirm the booking and what we wanted and we were super happy with result.Only down a star as we found the shampoo too overpowering with really strong vanilla smell, so will ask if there is a less perfumed option next time.
