We recently went through the process of trying to select a builder with our son who is building his first home. After a recommendation from a colleague we met with Cameron from Bella Homes at South Ripley. Cameron has been absolutely amazing to deal with, very professional, thorough, and easy to deal with. Given the current housing market environment with some home builders, we are 100% satisfied with our Bella homes experience, and would highly recommend anyone looking to build a new home to meet with Cameron at the Bella Display Home at South Ripley. Visited the display homes , we met the owner, he told us to contact Esmerelda the next day , we have left 10 messages and still haven't received a cal back.We are just inquiring.I would be concerned if building with them.

Don't expect a response or anything to be done if you have a problem after the build is finished. I do not recommend using bella homes. The entire experience was not professional. I didn't get updates. Communication was extremely poor.

Highly recommend!! We had such a wonderful experience building our custom home with Bella Properties in 2021. In what was one of the most tumultuous years for the building industry and the world, they gave us one of the best experiences of any first home owners we know of.We've now been in our home for over a year and it still floors us that we live here - wonderful communication, polished finishings and the ability to customise our home to what we really wanted. These guys actually listen and want to create something more than your typical cookie cutter home.

Throughout the whole build process Jodie kept us informed with regular updates. Majority of the updates were on time and it was a very exciting process. Kim was very accomodating to our situation and Jay was very professional - they were able to get us in before our anniversary which was amazing! We are both very happy with the build/finishes and what was classed as standard. We definitely would recommend Bella for an affordable build.
