22 years with Dr Klaveniek as my GP and he’s the best !!As a familiar face now with Flaxmill Surgery , even Dr Birdsey always acknowledges me and waves like Wer old golf club buddies or something ..I’m commenting because I heard he gets bad reviews and I bet if everyone gave a review , the good would out weigh the bad , just try booking an appointment to see how unpopular these Doctors are ,Especially the ladies behind the counter ..they’re only human themselves and can’t please everyone that walks in expecting Royal treatment ..

Rudest receptionist ever. I'm surprised you get any clients at all with that woman speaking to people the way she does. I didn't even get a chance to finish my sentence before she cut me off and then cut me off again when I was answering her question. Absolutely disgusted. I understand there are a lot of doctors not taking new patients but that does no excuse your attitude at all.

These people would not let my grandmother use the bathroom. This is her GP and because she did not have an appointment that day they refused. Understandably she will be changing health facility.Disappointing on a human level. Atrocious behavior from a health care professionals". Close to criminal."

The most stupid thing I have ever heard. The doctor don’t take new patients at all. You can’t even get an appointment, like ever! If you have never been there.
