Two months ago, I was interested in renting an electric bike to conduct Uber eats deliveries. The way I came across Zoomo was through a simple google search. Overall, my experience using Zoomo as an electric bike rental was excellent & seamless. The process of booking and returning the bike after use was extremely easy. Furthermore, the Zoomo mobile application has a simple user interface to access customer support. Additionally, to track & organise payments.Overall, I would highly recommend, for those interested in renting a bike to deliver goods, to approach zoomo!

Raul's attention was excellent! I have the bike for more than 4 months. This time I went because I lost the key, I notified support and today they had everything ready to give me a new key! I recommend Zoomo to all my friends!

Fantastic customer service. I was out on a waitlist for a bike and was contacted only 2 hours after to let me know that a bike was ready to collect. They also shortened the seat for me to match my height perfectly. Would highly recommend hiring from these guys!

I highly recommend Zoomo, I rented a bike and they give good service, they explain you how to use the bike and how you can lock it, I am very happy with the bike as well, it is easy to drive and comfortable

Was so easy to book, rent and use the Zoomo E-bikes. Was also the best value subscription around. I only rented for a couple of weeks to try out E-biking for commuting. In terms of the bikes they were really nice, solid, comfy bikes with heaps of power that makes going up hills effortlessly. Will definitely rent again from Zoomo or even consider buying one.
