I've purchased equipment from Videoguys several times now and each time I'm impressed with their professionalism and excellent customer service - something severely lacking in Australia! I would recommend this company to anyone - including professionals in the TV industry - when next you need great equipment at reasonable prices. Having purchased equipment from Video Guys a number of times now, I've always found them easy to work with. They are competitively priced, prompt in sourcing stock and their customer service is excellent.

Amazing service, I bought my gear from their website and had it shipped across to WA in 2 days! Last November, I bought the same bit of gear from the well known company Digidirect , only to have to wait for 3 months of constant out of stock emails for them to eventually lie and say the item was discontinued. I then decided to buy it from video guys and was very impressed with their service and recieved my item in 2 days rather then waiting 3 months for nothing. I Will be buying from them again !

Ordered an sd card on Sat and it arrived Thursday. I'm impressed with the fast service, how well the card was packaged and the communication throughout the process. Happy to do business with them again.

Their customer service went above-and-beyond to help match the function and outcome I was trying to achieve with the right product. They weren’t pushy. They allowed me to do my research and purchase when I was ready.Then came ‘game day’, the day I was ready to purchase.When I selected my base product online, I decided to add an upsell product which included some accessories to the base product. I paid for the items in my cart, received the order confirmation email and figured all is well with the order.It was not well. It was spectacular!I received an email notifying me that the base product selected came as a part of a value pack and therefore the upsell accessory additions were already included. So for the low clearance cost of the original product, I received the accessories as well as a slight refund.I commend the Videoguys team on stellar customer service, and fulfillment service. Where other operators might have overlooked the details of this order, the stellar Videoguys team rose to the challenge.If quality service alone is not enough to convince you to choose Videoguys for your gear needs, I get it for many people service-alone isn’t enough, then you can rest assure that the prices are competitive.

Staff is knowledgeable and friendly, the shop have loads of video/ audio equipment for all consumer levels. Love that they have what I needed in stock and available. Vast majority of options of equipments to choose from.

Emailed in the morning about price matching, they replied in the morning saying they could and then I picked up about 30mins later. Easy transaction. Nice to support smaller shops rather than the big ones. In comparison Harvey Norman gave me an absolute run around for the same item and lie about their price matching.
