We walked in at 2.55pm for some food, not realising that the kitchen closed at 3pm. The (service and kitchen) staff were incredibly helpful & friendly, and still let us put through a food order. We had a wonderful time sitting on the outside veranda, watching the rainbow lorikeets. At some stage the birds started jumping on the table of other guests to steal their cake. We all burst out into laughter, after which the staff got some birdfood out so they would leave the guests alone.We ordered a beer, the Polish hot chocolate (like a thick chocolate custard, very tasty), the sauerkraut dish and chicken breast in cream sauce. Everything was delicious. As said, the staff was wonderful. And the (sunset) views were amazing. We'll definitely come back

At The polish house the property has such a great vibe and the view from the cottage outside deck was sensation incredible honestly must see for your self.Staff were professional, very friendly , extremely helpful, nothing too much trouble At the polish house.Our room was perfect spa bath, wood burning fire place everything I needed was there. I probably stay longer at the polish house for our next visit .The bed was extremely comfortable, and thebedding, crisp white and inviting!All areas of the room and hotel were extremely clean. Even a basket filled with all breakfast needs coffee pods, bacon milk juice and toast etcRestaurant food worth the wait was amazing an the view well you definitely have to c for yourself.Would definitely recommend The polish house Mt Tambourine to others and will stay again .

Rang for a lunch booking and when we got there we waited for 15 min to be attended to, for our booking. We sat down at a table only to be told that the first 4 dishes on the menu aren't available as there was none left ???? We started reading more reviews to only find out it was exactly as we were currently experiencing, absolutely rubbish. Do yourselves a favour dont bother. After talking to some of the locals it just confirmed our disappointment. Total waste of time and i dont know how they are still in business. I gave 1 star as you cant give any less!!

The accommodation is amazing with beautiful views and a cosy interior. The complimentary breakfast baskets come with all the ingredients for a delicious breakfast, the bacon is particularly nice. The restaurant also has great food and views, the Bigos and the bacon with dumplings are sensational! The staff are also very friendly and accommodating.

Can't wait to go back.The food is delicious, authentic and we didn't have to wait long at all.The service is so good, all the staff were very friendly and efficient.The location is to die for and the birds are so friendly, flying around and walking on the railing for a little nibble if some food.Love this place, would recommend highly.

Just had a wonderful weekend getaway at the Polish Place. The cottages are amazing, so spacious, clean and comfortable. Well stocked kitchen and the daily breakfast basket was unexpected and greatly appreciated. Kicking back on the deck or in the spa taking in the beautiful views was a great way to spend a weekend. Looking forward to staying again.

We stayed here one night but we will come back again for sure. The cabins have an awesome view. If you're coming in winter each cabin has a fireplace with plenty of firewood delivered to the door. Its very comfortable and a great place to getaway.

A wonderful place on the edge of the rim. The birds are only outdone by the hospitality. The daily breakfast basket was fabulous… did I mention the bacon? We were there for 3 nights and we got a complimentary picnic basket that was great. We also had a Polish lunch in the restaurant and would recommend it for the food and the view.

Been here a couple of times and found the service to be great. The food is great as well as the Polish coffee. Awesome views and the native birds are just lovely hanging around the railing and tables. Great place to take photos.
