I did not realise this place actually existed! My medical professionals assured me it was all just a terrible dream...

My son got mugged and beaten by 2 thieves outside of this place. He then went and asked to use their phone to call police. They refused to let him use the phone to call for help. Absolutely disgusted.

Older bird with Bob cut darker hair needs to learn how to talk to people. I had already had a crumby day and didn't need her attitude when I came to buy coke and smokes. Not the first time she's acted like this towards me. I walked out and went to apco because I'm not spending my money somewhere where I'm being disrespect

Phone chargers were behind the counter and inaccessible. When i enquired the staff member was not helpful and started serving the next customer... so I walked out.

Ive been there lots of times,each time this lady with red hair short hair and a bit aged is always so rude.She doesn’t know how to talk with the customer and talks with lots-of attitude.I already complained to the staff members but there is not action taken against her.Therefore i do not recommend any one to go there

Due to the Saturday night rush...and foul behaviour of the clubbers of Albury, we were denied the use of the toilet even though we were desperate and coming down from a 7hr drive at 2am and completely sober. This caused us a lot of distress and we see it unfair that we have to pay for the irresponsible actions of others. The level of distress this event has caused is worth raising the issue to the courts.Extremely Disappointed.

Extremely Rude customer service. White lady with bob cut needs to be learn how to talk to customers. She denied use of toilet and gave access to fill fuel after almost 2-3min, when I waved hands from window, she looked at me and didn’t bother. When I went in side and asked for Toilet she very rudely said “No”. And then she started abusing me that waving hands from window will not make her to authorise any quicker. I think She needs to learn humanity before learning customer service.I also just read feedback from other Customers and they have experienced same kind of rude behaviour from staff of this Servo. And unfortunately owners response is Standard for last one year but no action Taken against rude staff.I will NOT recommend this Servo.Also I am Going to raise it with BP. It is ruining BP brand reputation.

Handy location and I love that I can pay from my car. Hand sanitiser and wipes at the pump would be a welcome addition.

The senior lady stuff at the counter was very friendly,got my hot beverage stuff,satisfied!

This is your standard BP service station. Unfortunately it is desperately in need of some tender loving care. It is run down and the signage faded and old. The grass is overgrown and in need of a cut. The customer service here can be brilliant - one woman has been there for years and she has the best customer service skills. Others can be really poor with their customer service. Pricing is standard for a BP.
