Flawless Paws Pet Grooming

Thank goodness we got accepted with our little nervous mini schnauzer! Imogen was just so wonderful and patient as we were running late as well and my little girl now looks so beautiful! Thank you and I look forward to being a new regular client with Imogen!

We took our little toy cavoodle puppy to Flawless Paws for her very first groom, and Imogen was so kind and patient with answering all of our questions, and took such good care of our little puppy! We were both a bit anxious leading up to the session, as we weren’t quite sure what to expect, but during the drop off when Imogen met our puppy it was evident that she has had a ton of experience and was so good at handling our puppy, and our puppy loved her! Imogen was also kind enough to text us with updates during the grooming session, which we really appreciated.Our little puppy came home smelling so nice with the cutest little teddy-bear cut, and most importantly, seemed to be at ease and made to feel comfortable with the whole experience!

After spending months trying to find a groomer and getting knock back after knock back I finally came across Flawless Paws and Imogen was just a delight to deal with. She swiftly got back in touch with me and said she had a cancellation and could take my pups that day. Dealing with Imogen straight off the bat was pleasant and easy. She was honest, upfront and a great communicator, as she had them for 3 hours she kept checking in with me to let me know how they were doing. Then when my dogs Franco and Nero came out the quality of her grooming was just amazing, you can tell how experienced and knowledgeable she is, which is what you want for your babies! Thanks Imogen for taking such good care of them looking forward to bringing them back regularly.

My two schnauzers loved their visit to Flawless Paws. One is a special needs dog who requires special attention. Imogen at Flawless was able to give him the attention needed and ensure he was comfortable with the experience. Great cut. Strongly recommended.

I’m so grateful for finding Imogen @ Flawless Paws. Knowing that my dog is getting one on one attention in someone’s home is very comforting particularly given my dog has separation anxiety. The drop off and pick up was seamless and easy and I even got text updates during the groom. It gave me such peace of mind. Plus he looked and smelled delightful when I picked him up. Imogen is personable and professional and I’d recommend her services without question.

I am sooooo thankful Imogen accepted one of our long haired snags as a new client! I highly recommend Imogen and Flawless Paws. My puppy is very anxious and absolutely hates grooming. I have been looking for a good groomer, who can make his experience better for 2.5 years (since I got him). Finally I got the right one!!! Imogen was professional and kind, understood not just Charlie's anxiety, but mine as well :-).
