If you are looking for an excellent plumber and gas fitter, I can definitely recommend John Willis. John literally came to my rescue, when unfortunately, I had a burst water pipe in my front garden. It was extremely stressful. When I contacted John, he made extra time for me in his busy work schedule, which I am very grateful for. John immediately put me at ease with his great communication and very pleasant manner. He did a wonderful job for a very good price.I was so happy with John's work that I contacted him about installing a heating system for my home. He did an excellent job and I couldn't be happier. We have used John Willis Plumbing on 3 occasions and have been more than happy with his services. On the most recent occasion, John responded to our call for assistance when our house heater failed on one of the coldest days this winter. Within 24 hours John sourced a very competitively priced replacement heater, installed it and removed the old heater. Not only was the service very prompt and efficient, but I believe John went well above and beyond our expectations.In all of our dealings with John we have found him to be prompt, reliable, efficient and to act with complete integrity. A thorough professional and a gentleman. I had a outdoor underground leak near the water meter.He was prompt and handled the situation with utmost urgency. In fact, rescheduled his other indoor appointments for my outdoor work as it was expected to rain later in the day. Very thoughtful of him.and to top it, his charges are very reasonable.Thanks John for your help.
