The team at Local Pool Renovations did an amazing job patching and re-painting our 25 year old pool. The pool was in a terrible state and had sat empty for 7 months with issues a previous contractor couldn't seem to resolve. From the initial enquiry where Andrew replied immediately and promptly attended to install a hydrostatic valve and new main drain. We felt prioritized even though its an extremely busy time of year. It is obvious Andrew takes great pride in his work and he provides excellent customer service and great communication throughout. Pool painting commenced within days of contact and we couldnt be happier - it looks sensational! We engaged local pool renovations for our pool that was in desperate need of a revamp. The previous owners converted the original pool into a natural pond and Andrew and his team were able to bring it back to its former glory. The entire process ran extremely smoothly and the level of communication was outstanding. The quality of work and tiling has drawn many positive from so many people who have seen the transformation. Our pool of 38yrs has been fantastic but recently some tiles lifted & fell off, we needed help. Unfortunately matching tiles were not available in our size so Andrew sourced a matching colour in a slightly larger tile which worked well.Would thoroughly recommend Andrew & his wonderful team for restoring our pool to its former glory for our children & grandchildren to enjoy for years to come. After googling many different pool renovations companies, Andrew was the only to both get back to me and provide me with a quote to do the job this year. When we met he was very honest in what he could and couldn’t do to bring our 1970s pool into this century, and was so incredibly patient as he listened to all my crazy design ideas and which would be possible and reasons why others weren’t possible. His team were so hard working throughout the whole process and kept a clean site. They would arrive so early and work beyond sunset - even weekends to ensure the job didn’t take too long (even though we weren’t worried about quick completion given it was winter). Andrew sources multiple samples to meet our vision and budget and even went to new suppliers to try and find what we wanted. His advice was sound, honest and always focussed on achieving what would make us happy - even if that meant we started again because I changed my mind. We are so incredibly lucky that all the other renovation companies had such poor customer service because I don’t think we would have had such an easy and pleasant experience with anyone else. We love the final product and can’t wait for warm weather to make use of our pool. If you’re on the fence, don’t be! Andrew and his team are great!
